Christopher started with Rybrook at the age of 17 as an apprentice parts advisor at Rybrook Warrington.
He has covered several roles within the aftersales department.
In 2020 Christopher transferred over to the new Preston site as part of the original setup team.
In 2021 Christopher was promoted to the role of Service Manger.

Nick joined us an Apprentice Technician back in 2004 progressing to Master Technician and is currently one of our leading diagnostic Technician’s.
Nick delivers a consistently high level of skill and is one of the go to people for any complex repairs.
We have watched Nick grow up and start a family, we can’t quite believe it’s been 20 years.

Simon joined us as a Technician from a Ford dealership and worked his way up the ranks to a Level 4 Master Technician. He is quite often the “go-to” person for other colleagues in the workshop for diagnostic issues as his knowledge is second to none.
He is one of only 2 Technician’s to work through the initial lockdown period back in 2020, keeping vehicles safely on the road for keyworkers etc. as our site was one of few dealers in the UK to offer this service.

Congratulations to Laura Wright who joined Guy Salmon Land Rover 20 years ago. Laura was originally based at Guy Salmon Sheffield and then transferred to Wakefield. Laura has done a fantastic job over the years often helping other Guy Salmon Retailers that were in-between re-staffing, nothing is ever too much trouble. Well done Laura fabulous achievement!

Congratulations to Martin on completing 20 Years Service being our first point of contact for our Service Department.
For many years Martin held this key role single-handedly and built up a loyal customer base. Over time Martin has also taken on various additional duties including bodywork and repairs which can be very time consuming.
Martin has quite often gone to see customers out of hours to either return or collect vehicles and will often be found replying to service enquiries in the evening and over the weekend, Martin really does go above and beyond!

Adrian is one of our longest serving Technician’s and has been a constant performer throughout the years.
Adrian has seen many changes in the last 20 years including the Land Rover product line up. Adrian started in a workshop with 9 other Technician’s and over the years has seen this grow to double this number.

James joined us in 2001 as a Service Advisor and quickly made it to Assistant Service Manager reporting to Brian Bannister.
James was instrumental in the Dealership’s high performance for both Financial and Customer Satisfaction.
In 2019 James was promoted to Service Manager which was well deserved and continues to be an asset to the Service Team.

Dennis originally joined us in 1997 when the model range at Land Rover was just Range Rover, Discovery & Defender and we were in a temporary building in the centre of Sheffield. Dennis has seen many changes over the years; the sales team has doubled in size and Land Rover have progressed to producing 7 different models all with the most up to date technology.
Dennis had a short break from the company but soon re-joined us in 2000. Dennis is the life and soul of the Sales Department and has a great sense of humour which keeps both staff and customers entertained.
Dennis has an extremely loyal customer base and we estimate he has sold over 3,000 vehicles since he started with the company.

Geoff has been a valuable asset to the company and the Service Department for the last 20 years. He began his Land Rover life as a Technician and MOT Tester moving on to become a Service Advisor. His wealth of experience and knowledge of the product has proved invaluable over the years.
Geoff consistently delivers excellent customer service and thinks nothing of coming in on his days off to help or personally deliver vehicles back to customers.
A few of our younger Service Advisors have been taken under Geoff’s wing and now fondly call him “Uncle Geoff”.
