I wanted to nominate Subham as he consistently goes above and beyond for every customer he interacts with. No matter how complex or challenging the situation, he takes full ownership of problems and works tirelessly to find the best possible resolution.
Subham’s calm, proactive approach and genuine care make a real difference to both our team and our customers, and he absolutely deserves to be recognised for it 😊

Our New Car NPS ranking took an unexpected tumble during Q1 and by the end of February we weren’t just below national average and in the red, but at the bottom of our Divisional league table.
With the Sales team in complete shock and disappointment, Kim took it on herself to work it backwards on just how many promotors (9/10’s) will be required to reach 95% before quarter end and back in the green. It would take “40” more promotor responses within the next four weeks to reach our goal, one that I thought might be a bridge too far!
Kim put up a score board in the dealing den to make it visual and got to work providing the Sales team every day their client contact details and pushed the team to reach out. The surveys started to roll in with amazing comments about individual colleagues, though I still felt it was a massive ask. Even with a week to go we still required a handful of promotors and Kim didn’t stop pressing on, WhatsApp’s lit up my phone over the weekend prior to month end as Kim watched every return and messaged the team!
With only hours to spare on the 31st March we received a grand total of 56 returns for the quarter and reached the 95% goal which was an incredible achievement and although it was a team effort in encouraging clients to take the time to respond it was Kim that drove that final result.

We have nominated Anthony Greenway for employee of the month for March. This was for his outstanding contribution during an exceptionally busy month – Anthony gave up his Friday’s during the month to support the sales staff in many areas, for example, fuelling cars, collecting & delivery cars from offsite depots, constant movement of cars on site ensuring there was order and reducing any risk for potential vehicle damage.
Anthony also arranged the parking of all the new cars that went out for the first few days of March. This massively supported a reduced sales and business manager team allowing them to concentrate on selling and delivering vehicles whilst maintaining an outstanding level of client satisfaction. We finished Q1 at 97% for new car CLP.
Anthony also re-organised the site car parking which aided the efficiency for all the team, speeding up finding vehicles, which in turn improved the performance in Service department with the technician’s hours. Service also finished in an outstanding place for CLP in Q1.

The client had purchased a car as a gift to himself and his partner after working incredibly hard over the last couple of years.

Jordan stayed late at work to meet the client. The client had kept the car a surprise from his partner and told her he had booked a table for dinner at a special restaurant.

The client blindfolded his partner for the journey and brought her into the dealership still blindfolded. When she entered, Jordan pretended to work at the restaurant and took them to their “table”.

She was shown the car under a cover in the handover bay, and she was overjoyed and started to cry. It was great to witness how happy they both were!!

He had been unwell and therefore unable to drive any distance, he was appreciative of the collection service and commented how friendly and courteous Terry was.
